Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Booking- All appointments must be booked online or by phone. Please provide accurate details about the service you require. 2. Deposit - A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward your service. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling- We require **48 hours' notice** for cancellations or rescheduling. A **50% fee** will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment. 4. **Late Arrivals** - If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule and charge a **late fee** or forfeit the deposit. 5. No-Shows - No-shows will be charged the full service amount or forfeit the deposit. 6. Confirmation and Reminders- You will receive a confirmation email or text upon booking, with reminders sent 24 hours before your appointment. 7. Payment - Full payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and cash.
